Reservation and Payment

• Once a reservation is accepted by Go2Shahdag, payment processing begins immediately.
• Payments are made via valid bank cards or trusted payment systems.
• Go2Shahdag does not store card information; payment details are processed only by the payment processor.

Refund and Modification Policy

• Requests to modify a reservation or change dates must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• In case of cancellation:
  • More than 48 hours before the service – full refund.
  • Less than 48 hours before the service – no refund.

Cancellation and Payment Terms

• To cancel a reservation, the user must contact Go2Shahdag following the proper procedure.
• Payment is only processed for confirmed reservations.
• In the event of any technical issue with payment, Go2Shahdag will contact the user to resolve the problem or provide an alternative payment method.

Liability

• go2shahdag is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage incurred while using the services.

• Users must not use the services in an unlawful or unsafe manner.
